Specialising in electrical reticulation, utility installations and infrastructure upgrades, our teams play a vital role in keeping Sydney's communities connected and powered.

Following a number of internal promotions and career progression opportunities within our business, we are seeking experienced Cable Jointers to join our team based in Gregory Hills.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established and respected ASP contractor delivering critical electrical infrastructure projects across Greater Sydney.

About the Role The successful applicants will be involved in all aspects of:

- High and low voltage cable jointing

- Installation, testing and commissioning of underground electrical infrastructure

- Jointing works up to and including 22kV

- Fault response and maintenance activities

- Working alongside excavation, cable laying and civil crews

- Delivering projects safely and efficiently across Sydney

Essential Requirements

- White Card

- Current Driver Licence (MR preferred)

- Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems Distribution Cable Jointing (or equivalent recognised by NSW electricity distributors)





- Previous or current experience as a Level 1 ASP Cable Jointer

- Strong understanding of WHS requirements

- Basic computer skills including tablet-based reporting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly Regarded

- Current ASP authorisations

- Paper lead cable jointing experience

- Level 2 ASP qualifications and experience

- HRW licences including LF and EWP

- Dogman and/or Rigger qualifications

- Experience across subdivision, utility and infrastructure projects
