Behaviour Support Practitioner | Flexible Contractor Role with Exceptional Clinical Support (inclusive)
Supporting Humans in all their Humanness
At Feeling and Healing Hub (FHH), we believe the best Behaviour Support Practitioners thrive when they are supported, connected and genuinely valued.
If you're looking for the flexibility and autonomy of contracting without feeling like you're working in isolation, we'd love to meet you.
Our practitioners are supported by experienced Professional Leads who provide ongoing clinical supervision, mentoring, Behaviour Support Plan reviews, reflective practice and guidance with complex presentations. Whether you're newly registered or an experienced practitioner, you'll be joining a collaborative team that is passionate about clinical excellence and helping each other grow.
As our organisation continues to evolve, we're also expanding into exciting new funding schemes that align with our passion, values and scope of practice. This will create increasing opportunities for our clinicians to diversify their work, broaden their clinical experience and enjoy greater variety in their caseloads, all while remaining part of one supportive multidisciplinary team.
We don't just offer flexibility, we offer a place where you can build a long-term career, continue developing as a clinician, and make a genuine difference in people's lives.
