The company and role:

A project & custom homes builder based in Osborne Park with a history of delivering 1 & 2 storey homes aswell as development sites across Western Australia. With a growing pipeline of work and long-standing relationships with investment partners and building brokers, they’re looking to add an organised and proactive Accounts Officer to their team.

As the sole Accounts Officer in the team, your days will be varied and will consist of the following:

- Accounts payable/receivable (around 180 invoices per month)

- Printing/coding

- Invoice entering

- Creditor/ Subcontractor payments

- Credit card reconciliation and Bpay Payments

- Online Banking

- Payroll and superannuation (small team)

- Some involvement with BAS preparation (external Accountant)

Your previous experience:

To be successful, you’ll have experience within the residential construction industry using XERO and understand the accounts / construction process.
