Experience with our ERP system PRONTO Xi is required.

Applicants with pallet control and reconciliation experience will be successful.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Administration & Reception

- Pallet Control

- Customer Order Placement & Acknowledgements

- Coordinating the Warehouse by Creating Picking Slips

- Processing Invoices

- Driver & Dispatch Liaison

- Credit & Claims Maintenance

- PRONTO Xi Inventory Control

- Sourcing and Purchasing of Raw Materials

- Accounts Receivable & Debtors

- Reporting, Weekly / Monthly Tasks

About You

- Experience with PRONTO Xi

- Thrive in a busy environment

- Passionate about efficiency

- Time management is key and the ability to judge priority tasks





- You're a natural problem solver who takes initiative

- You're organised, detail-focused, and take pride in following the process

- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams

- You're comfortable working across admin, operations, and accounts functions

- You like being the person others rely on to keep things moving

- Pallet reconciliation experience

- Coles system experience is welcomed e.g. Colladium, EDI cloud, Manhattan

- Triton Carton Manager experience is welcomed

- Triton Stock Scan experience is welcomed

- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
