HAIRJAMM – manufacturers of Juuce & Pure and distributors of Davines are seeking a high calibre, experienced colour educator to join our QLD education team!

- Position based in Brisbane with some regional & interstate travel.

Hairjamm manufacture Juuce and Pure SALON ONLY brands and are also the Australian distributor for DAVINES HAIRCARE.

We are seeking a HARD WORKING, honest, driven, EXPERIENCED and ambitious colour educator with high levels of energy and passion for hair colour. Education sits at the heart of our business and drives customer success, loyalty and growth.

This role will require multiple EVENING training/education sessions. Only applicants that are prepared to work evenings should apply.

We are seeking a passionate hair professional to deliver education across Queensland, with a strong focus on growing colour business. Working closely with Sales Agents, you will support customer retention, growth and new business acquisition through education led strategies, demonstrations, workshops and training.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver in salon education, workshops, demonstrations and colour training.

- Drive growth of Pure, Davines and Juuce through education led commercial strategies.

- Partner with Sales Agents to retain, grow and win new salon business.

- Identify opportunities to increase colour usage, distribution and salon performance.

- Create authentic social media content that supports education and brand awareness.





- Support product launches, promotions and key commercial initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with salon owners and stylists.

About You

- Qualified Hairdresser with a minimum of 6 years industry experience - previous Education experience would be highly regarded

- Passion for education, training and developing others.

- Confident presenter with strong communication skills.

- Comfortable using zoom, teams, email, PowerPoint, Excel and social media.

- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.

- Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

- Willingness to travel throughout Queensland, including occasional overnight stays.

Salary is negotiable based on relevant industry experience and qualifications and includes:

+ Generous and negotiable base salary
