Graduate Radiographer

United Radiology Essendon is seeking a newly qualified Radiographer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a supported graduate role in a modern private imaging clinic, ideal for someone ready to build strong clinical foundations under experienced supervision.

The role

You will perform plain film radiography and CT, with exposure to additional modalities as your competence develops. Key responsibilities include:

Producing high-quality diagnostic images while applying radiation protection principles

Positioning patients accurately and communicating clearly to ensure safety and comfort

Maintaining accurate records and adhering to infection control standards

Working collaboratively with radiologists, sonographers and the wider clinical team

Participating in ongoing quality improvement and professional development

What we need

Recent graduate of an ASMIRT-recognised Radiography degree (or equivalent)

Current AHPRA registration or clear eligibility

Sound knowledge of radiographic technique, anatomy, pathology and radiation safety

Strong attention to detail,



clear communication skills and a patient-centred approach

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred: multi-modality exposure during training and familiarity with PACS.

Salary range: $76,000 – $80,000 + superannuation (depending on experience and roster)
