Monadelphous is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Electrical Supervisor to join our Operations team in a full-time permanent position based in Toowoomba.

Supporting a long-term industrial maintenance and operations contract, you'll work alongside a high-performing site team to deliver safe, efficient, and quality outcomes while building strong relationships with a valued client. This role operates on a Monday to Friday roster, with approximately one Saturday per month.

This position is suited to candidates who are currently based in Toowoomba.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance and site activities.

- Ensure compliance with HSE, client and legislative requirements.

- Plan, schedule and oversee maintenance and shutdown works.

- Monitor productivity, quality and project performance outcomes.

- Effectively manage personnel, equipment and resources.

- Foster a positive safety culture and lead by example.

- Build strong working relationships with clients and site stakeholders.

What you will bring

- Minimum 4 years extensive Supervisory experience within resource industry.

- QLD Electrical Trade and current licence.

- Must hold current CPR/LVR.

- Cert IV in Electrical Instrumentation – desirable.

- Experience leading a team of electrical workers ranging from Electrical tradespersons, Apprentices and electrical trades assistants.

- The drive to get hands on and lead by example.

- Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines.

- Experience in effective planning,



scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proof of right to work in Australia.
