We’re looking for a dynamic Management Accountant to join our finance team, based at our corporate office in West Perth.

About the role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll be a key player performing month-end closing, preparing management reports, balance sheet, budgets, forecasts, and analysis that highlight opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved financial outcomes. We are looking for a dynamic qualified who is curious, enjoy solving problems and innovative.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to monitor and improve business performance.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide insights into costs, margins, financial risks, and performance drivers.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support decision-making.
- Contribute to finance system enhancements and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.

What you’ll bring

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.




- CPA or CA qualification (or actively working towards completion).
- Demonstrated experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role. Experience within the health or aged care sector would be advantageous.
- Strong competency in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP and Business Intelligence platforms.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Positive attitude, commercial mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain) and current Influenza vaccination
- Full Australian working rights
