Certificate III in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration

Statewide Apprenticeships is seeking a motivated Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Construction Apprentice to join our team in the Adelaide Hills. If you are Out of Trade (OOT), we strongly encourage you to apply!

About the Apprenticeship

This is a full-time apprenticeship (minimum 38 hours per week), where you will work towards a Certificate III in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration while gaining practical, on-the-job experience. You will be paid as per the relevant award unless otherwise advised.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an apprentice, your duties may include:

- Installing equipment, machines, wiring, and programs in domestic and commercial environments.
- Troubleshooting, testing, and inspecting systems to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Performing regular maintenance and repairs.
- Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is:

- A strong communicator and team player.
- Reliable, hard-working,



and eager to learn.
- Well-organised with positive time management skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling trade-related tasks.

Essential Requirements

- Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screening.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transport (P’s acceptable).
- White Card.
- Current Working Safely at Heights certification (advantageous).
