About the role

You will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities

- Provide personal care and daily living assistance as required.

- Support clients with community access, appointments, and social activities.

- Assist with household tasks and meal preparation.

- Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.

- Maintain accurate records and follow individual support plans.

- Promote clients' independence, dignity, and choice.

About you

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to supporting others.

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Relevant checks and clearances as required for support work.

- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support is desirable but not essential.
