Our client is an established media and technology business with a strong market presence and clear plans for the future. The finance team is commercially minded, works closely with senior leadership and plays a central role in how the business plans and performs.

The Role

This is a high visibility Senior Finance Analyst role where you will turn financial data into clear commercial insight. You will partner with senior stakeholders across the business and contribute directly to planning, performance and executive reporting.

- Lead the FP&A; cycle, including the annual budget and monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Prepare executive and board reporting with clear commentary on performance
- Analyse revenue, margin and cost drivers, and explain variances against budget and forecast
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support decisions and new initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to provide insight that improves commercial outcomes
- Support month end and year end processes, including liaison with external auditors




- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve the quality of analysis

The Candidate

You will be a commercially sharp analyst who enjoys working at pace and influencing decisions. Experience within a media, technology or similarly dynamic environment will be highly regarded.

- CA or CPA qualified, with at least three years of post-qualification experience
- Solid FP&A;, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Explicit communicator who can present insight to senior and non-financial stakeholders
- Background in statutory reporting or audit will be well regarded
- Curious, proactive and focused on continuous improvement
