Brooksight are seeking motivated Factual Investigators with a professional work ethic to conduct investigations in Melbourne.
Investigators who hold a current Private Security licence and have Investigation and Interviewing experience should apply. We are seeking General Insurance Investigators for casual and contractor positions.
Skills and Experience Required.
The primary requirements of the available positions are;
• VIC Private Security Individual Licence - Investigator (or in the process of obtaining).
• Previous investigation experience (Insurance, Police, Government) or Insurance claims experience
• Demonstrated interviewing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and explain issues in writing and verbally
• Ability to analyse, review and report on matters in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Work in a structured manner and provide outstanding service to clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Current driver’s licence
