Mobilize is partnering with a well-established national supplier within the industrial, maintenance, and safety equipment sector based in Kewdale. The business supports a wide range of industries including mining, civil construction, oil and gas, government, electrical, infrastructure, and engineering.

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, stock accuracy, service delivery and safety standards are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to drive improvements, develop your team and support the introduction of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a team, providing guidance, training and ongoing performance feedback.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient dispatch and achievement of operational KPIs.
- Manage team performance, rostering and resources to meet daily operational demands.
- Handle customer escalations,



investigate issues and implement practical solutions.
- Drive workplace safety, process improvements and the successful adoption of new warehouse systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience supervising a team in a high-volume warehouse or distribution centre.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and dispatch processes.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams, manage performance and drive KPI results.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety, with a hands-on approach to safety leadership.
- Experience with ERP or WMS platforms and system implementations will be highly regarded.
