We are currently looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about marketing, branding, and digital communication.

About the Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while helping strengthen the L.V.D GROUP brand presence. You will work closely with management, sales teams, and external partners to coordinate projects, create engaging content, and drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns

- Complete content creation including professional video & photo shoots

- Manage social media platforms and content scheduling

- Assist with website updates, email marketing, and promotional materials

- Create engaging marketing content and communications

- Blog, newsletter and script writing

- Coordinate events, promotions, and brand activities

- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

- Collaborate with suppliers and external designers





- Maintain brand consistency across all channels

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role

- Experience in residential construction marketing is preferred but not required

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing

- Preference of having a strong portfolio of professional photo and video shoots

- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is desirable

- Knowledge of email marketing plugins and further marketing specific plugins

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Creative mindset with attention to detail

- Australian Citizen or Valid Right to Work
