We’re a mother with an adult daughter living in Pinjarra, looking for a reliable, proactive and motivated female support worker to join our team. If you enjoy working alongside people and helping them live life their way, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

You’ll be working directly with us, our dedicated team and family delegates. Your support will help us:

- Live independently in our home

- Access and enjoy our local community

- Travel to Perth for work, activities and appointments

- Explore exciting new opportunities for work and meaningful roles

- Flexibility is essential

- 24-hour shifts available, including weekdays and weekends

- Shorter shifts available as well

- You’ll be joining a rotating roster with some flexibility to make it work for you, as well as us

Important Info

- This position is open to female support workers only, in accordance with Section 27 of the WA Equal Chance Act 1984, due to personal care requirements

- You’ll be employed directly by us and our family

- Experience is great, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality support are even more important

- The successful applicant must be able to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module; Quality, Safety and You.
