This opportunity is ideal for a Property Manager looking for the prospect to move into a Team Leader role as the portfolio grows.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Managing arrears and lease renewals
- Responding to and resolving escalated tenancy matters
- Preparing for and attending QCAT hearings when required
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the portfolio
- Some Business Development to assist in growing the portfolio

About you:
- Minimum 3 + years in property management
