About ChemMax

ChemMax is a fast-growing Melbourne pharmacy group with a simple promise: Max Care. Max Value.

With new stores joining the ChemMax family regularly, we're building a stronger, smarter, more customer-focused pharmacy network with modern, welcoming stores, experienced teams and real everyday value for our communities.

That's where you come in.

About the role

We're looking for energetic, detail-focused people to join our casual Merchandising & Store Setup team. Whether we're opening a brand-new pharmacy or welcoming an established local pharmacy into the ChemMax family, you'll help bring the ChemMax experience to life, from empty shelves to opening day.

You'll be:

- Setting up and resetting shelves, displays and fixtures to ChemMax planograms and brand standards

- Helping convert newly acquired pharmacies to the ChemMax look and layout

- Merchandising stock, pricing and ticketing, and installing signage and promotional material

- Keeping stores presentation-ready for launches, promotions and seasonal changes

- Working with store teams and our Retail Excellence team to get every store looking its best

What we're looking for

- A excellent eye for detail and pride in a well-presented store

- Reliability and flexibility to work when needed. Shifts are project-based and may include early starts, evenings or weekends during store conversions

- A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle, since you'll travel between stores across Melbourne

- Physical fitness for hands-on work, including lifting and bending

- A positive, team-first attitude

- Pharmacy or retail merchandising experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have the right attitude, we'll train you

What's in it for you

- $35–$38 per hour depending on experience, plus super

- Flexible casual shifts, so you can take on work that suits you

- Variety, because no two weeks look the same

- You'll see your work come to life as new stores open their doors

- A supportive, close-knit team in a business on the move

- Room to grow with us as the network expands
