Who We Are

Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation (AAC) is dedicated to creating opportunities for Aboriginal people through culturally appropriate employment, education, training, and enterprise development across the Pilbara. We work alongside individuals, communities, employers, and partner organisations to support greater participation in employment and economic opportunities. Through our Remote Aboriginal Employment Services (RAES), we help job seekers build practical skills, gain valuable work experience, and develop sustainable career pathways.

Our support continues beyond employment, with ongoing mentoring and assistance provided to both employees and employers to promote long-term success, growth, and positive outcomes. AAC also operates a range of enterprises that provide training, employment, and community development opportunities. These enterprises help strengthen the communities we support while funding programs and services that make a lasting difference throughout the Pilbara.

The Employment Mentor plays a pivotal role in supporting job seekers throughout their employment journey.
