We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Luxury Associate to join our team in a Part Time capacity. If you enjoy connecting with people about luxury that fits their budget and style, we have access to timeless pieces at our Perth City Luxe store.

As a Luxury Associate, you'll create exceptional customer experiences through personalised services and expert product knowledge which is achieved through hands-on and digital training. You'll help to create an elevated store environment, assist customers discover the perfect piece for them and drive sales of designer and luxury goods.

About the Role

- Work with a variety of premium and luxury products, that across all luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, YSL, Gucci, Balenciaga, Cartier & Rolex.
- Become an expert in our authentication software, to provide reassurance to our clients on their pre-loved purchases;
- Deliver elevated customer experiences by providing personalised recommendations and create memorable in-store experiences;
- Develop ongoing relationships with our customers as a trusted sales associate;
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and an inviting store environment; and
- Be part of a team that wins together: Collaborate with your teammates to achieve store goals and deliver great results.

About You

- Previous retail, fashion,



jewellery or luxury experience in a customer service and sales environment is preferred;
- Passionate about luxury retail and memorable customer experiences;
- Maintains high standards of personal presentation and professionalism;
- Energetic, proactive and positive;
- Adaptable and solutions-focused, able to anticipate customer needs and respond with professionalism and care; and
- Multilingual applicants are highly regarded.
