Key Responsibilities

- Administer, maintain and support enterprise Linux and Windows server environments.

- Manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, including patching, upgrades, troubleshooting and configuration.

- Support Red Hat Satellite for Linux patch management, provisioning and repository management.

- Manage Microsoft infrastructure services, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS.

- Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), supporting Windows patching, software deployment and endpoint management.

- Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Microsoft Purview.





- Support Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access.

- Manage Microsoft Intune, endpoint configuration, device compliance, security policies and application deployment.

- Support Windows 11, Windows Autopilot and Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.

- Contribute to the management and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace services.

- Support cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and/or AWS environments.

- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform or similar tools.

- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and DevOps practices.
