About the role

Biz-Cup is a growing South Australian coffee machine rental business, and we're looking for a capable all-rounder to work closely with the owner and help keep the business running smoothly. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:30pm, built around school drop-off and pick-up.

Key responsibilities

- Handle general office admin and customer enquiries

- Support accounts, including Xero data entry and invoice follow-ups

- Upload and manage products in WooCommerce

- Keep our website updated

- Help with marketing, such as social posts, emails and promotions

- Be someone the owner can talk the business through with, and bring your own ideas

About you

- Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling lots of different tasks

- Some experience with Xero, WooCommerce or WordPress (we'll train the right person)

- Clear communicator with a valuable eye for detail

- Keen to grow with a small, hands-on team
