What will you be doing?

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days need to look the same.

Working alongside an experienced facilities and maintenance team, you’ll help keep residential properties across Alice Springs in great shape.

Your work will include:

- General property maintenance, repairs and renovations.

- Carpentry, plumbing, painting,



plastering and landscaping.

- Reticulation and irrigation maintenance.

- Grounds maintenance and property improvements.

- Operating equipment and machinery, including skid steers, excavators, Dingos and crane trucks, where qualified and required.

- Supporting tradespeople and other maintenance personnel.

- Identifying problems, finding practical solutions and taking pride in delivering quality work.

If you’re someone who enjoys working with your hands, getting out and about, tackling different challenges and seeing the results of your work, you’ll feel right at home in this role.

What we’re looking for

We’re interested in someone who is practical, reliable and takes pride in a job well done.

You’ll ideally bring:

- At least 12 months’ experience in a similar maintenance or service role.

- Practical experience across general property maintenance.

- Carpentry, plumbing or electrical trade experience will be highly regarded.

- Confidence using hand tools, power tools and machinery.

- A current driver’s licence.

- Working at Heights certification.

- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A forklift licence, EWP and current First Aid/CPR qualifications would also be advantageous.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes safety seriously, enjoys being hands-on and wants to be part of a supportive team.
