What you’ll be doing

- Maintain and troubleshoot commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems.

- Work across large chillers, DX refrigeration, chilled water systems and residential air conditioning.

- Perform preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance.

- Diagnose complex faults, breakdowns and equipment issues.

- Carry out refrigerant recovery, leak detection,



pressure testing and re-gassing.

- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior tradespeople.

- Help improve maintenance practices, equipment reliability and operational performance.

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 10 years’ post-trade experience.

- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

- Current ARCtick RAC01 Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence.

- Australian Restricted Grade Electrical Licence.

- Construction Industry White Card.

- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with commercial or industrial refrigeration and facilities maintenance.

- A commitment to safety, teamwork and high-quality workmanship.

Additional tickets

such as Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR, Forklift, EWP and Confined Space are highly regarded.

Security requirements

Applicants must be Australian and able to obtain and maintain the applicable government security clearance. Australian applicants will initially require NV1, with progression to TSPV.
