About the role

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive the growth of our traffic management division across REGIONAL Victoria. This role will have a strong client focus, working closely with existing and prospective clients while expanding our presence throughout Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, and surrounding regional areas.

As the face of Daborra in these regions, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of traffic management services. You will also oversee day-to-day traffic operations, support field teams, and maintain the highest standards of safety, service, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a confident communicator with proven traffic management experience, strong knowledge of safe work practices,



and a passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational leadership with business development and relationship management.

- Growth of the traffic division in Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong and surrounding regional areas.

Ideal candidate

- Has worked as a Traffic Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, Area Manager, or Project Coordinator within traffic management.

- Already has industry contacts in Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, or regional Victoria.

- Enjoys being out meeting clients rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

- Can oversee daily operations while also growing revenue and expanding market presence.

- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

- Valid Drivers Licence

- Traffic Management qualifications (Categories 1, 2 preferred)

- White Card
