Qualified Electrician – Commercial & Industrial & Service

Kris Electrical Services is an established Adelaide electrical contractor with a full pipeline of work and a growing team. We’re looking for two A-Grade electricians who take pride in their work, can organise their own day and want to keep building their trade skills.
You’ll work across modular construction, larger commercial projects and Adelaide metro service jobs, with opportunities to build your skills in switchboards, testing, commissioning and fault finding.
What you’ll be doing
- Modular construction – Fit out accommodation and commercial buildings in our yard, then complete installations on site for national clients.
- Commercial and industrial projects – Work on larger projects outside the metro area, including in the mining and infrastructure sectors.
- Adelaide metro service work – Carry out fault finding, testing, upgrades and switchboard work across commercial sites, storage facilities, medical and dental premises, and homes.
How we work
Jobs are quoted and planned. Before you leave the yard,
you’ll have a job card that sets out what needs doing and what to load in the van. We trust you to run your day. If the drawing and the site conditions don’t line up, we expect you to call early so we can work through it together.
You’ll have a direct line to the director and an experienced team to learn from. We make time for people to learn unfamiliar work, and there’s room to step up and run jobs as the team grows.
About you
- You hold a current SA Electrical Worker’s Registration , or an equivalent interstate licence you can transfer to SA.
- You have a current driver’s licence, a clean driving record and a White Card.
- You can read drawings, work out what you’ll need before leaving the yard and use a job card to organise your day.
- You take pride in doing quality work and speak up early when something changes or a job starts to go off track.
- You’re reliable, enjoy solving problems and are keen to keep learning.
Commercial electrical experience and EWP experience are advantages.
