You'll lead a close-knit team, drive the day-to-day success of the boutique and create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience for every customer.

About You
You're an experienced Store or Boutique Manager who leads from the front, knows how to bring a team together and genuinely loves the world of premium fashion and lifestyle retail.





You understand that outstanding retail is about more than beautiful product. It's about knowing your customers, offering personalised styling advice, and creating an experience that keeps people coming back.

You'll bring:

- Previous Store or Boutique Management experience within premium fashion, lifestyle or a similar retail environment
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and elevated customer experiences
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Confidence leading a busy, seasonal retail business with changing customer demands
- Strong operational skills across volume stock management, merchandising and store presentation
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching, developing and motivating your team
- Full Australian working rights – this is a permanent opportunity
