About the Role

Ridcon Group is seeking an experienced, competent and reliable concreter to join our growing team.

With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a strong work ethic and can confidently carry out all aspects of concreting.

The position will initially be offered on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into permanent full time employment for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

- Formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement and finishing

- Construction of house slabs, driveways, footings and other concrete structures

- Reading and interpreting construction plans

- Preparing and setting up concrete pours

- Operating a trowel machine without supervision

- Working independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in the concreting industry

- Competent in all aspects of concreting

- Ability to work independently without constant supervision

- Reliable and hardworking





- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Current driver's licence and White Card

- Ability to read plans highly regarded

We are looking for a skilled concreter, not an entry-level labourer. Applicants must have demonstrated hands-on concreting experience.
