This is a full-time, phone and computer-based role involving inbound customer calls, appointment scheduling, data entry and managing enquiries across multiple systems.

New Town Toyota is seeking a customer-focused Consultant to join our Customer Contact Centre team.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll handle inbound calls, respond to email and online enquiries, and coordinate vehicle service bookings, helping deliver the exceptional customer experience New Town Toyota is known for.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based customer service and administration, is confident using computers and takes pride in staying organised in a busy environment.

No automotive experience is required. If you're confident communicating over the phone, enjoy working with computers and have a strong customer service mindset, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

About the Role

As part of our Customer Contact Centre team, you'll play an important role in supporting our Service Department by assisting customers with their servicing enquiries and coordinating bookings.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Answering inbound customer calls relating to vehicle servicing
- Responding to customer enquiries received via email and online channels
- Scheduling service appointments and complimentary vehicle inspections
- Assisting customers with service-related enquiries
- Updating and maintaining customer and booking records
- Liaising with our Service Department to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Delivering professional, friendly and efficient customer service with every interaction

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who:

- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service, contact centre or administration role
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Has strong computer and data entry skills
- Is organised, dependable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Brings a professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Holds unrestricted Australian working rights

Automotive experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
