About the role

Riverina Kids Early Learning Centre is seeking enthusiastic, caring and motivated Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our small, family-owned early learning centre team. Key responsibilities

- Provide high-quality care, education and supervision to ensure the safety, wellbeing and development of all children
- Follow all service policies, procedures and practices, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations and National Law
- Create safe, inclusive, engaging and fun learning environments where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to learn
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of meaningful learning experiences that support children's individual interests, strengths and developmental needs
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Actively participate in teamwork, room routines, daily activities and service operations
- Maintain effective supervision practices and uphold your duty of care at all times
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture through communication, collaboration and a willingness to support your colleagues

About you





- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved qualification)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management certificates, or willingness to obtain
- Child Protection and National Child Safety Training (the service will assist successful applicants to obtain the required training)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing quality care
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
