Experienced Chef

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our well-established kitchen team. This role is suited to a confident, hands-on chef who can work across multiple sections in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We are looking for the final puzzle piece to complete our team, the ideal candidate will bring strong produce knowledge, sound culinary skills, confidence with kitchen equipment, and the ability to perform under pressure as part of a collaborative team.

About You

· Confident in all sections of the kitchen

· Able to maintain consistent food quality and presentation

· Clear communicator with a growth mindset and willingness to keep learning

· Trade qualification or equivalent experience

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or workplace

· Available to work weekends and nights

Responsibilities

· Follow food handling procedures, including temperature and hygiene controls

· Monitor the quality of raw and cooked food products





· Apply food safety guidelines across daily kitchen operations

· Maintain consistent preparation, presentation, and service standards

· Manage high-volume production efficiently and professionally
