About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Murarrie, you'll be the face of our branch, helping customers access the products and advice they need while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This isn't a high-pressure sales environment. Instead, it's a steady-paced role focused on delivering great customer service, building relationships and following reliable processes within a supportive team environment.

Best of all, this permanent full time opportunity offers excellent work-life balance, with branch hours that allow you to enjoy your afternoons and weekends.

Your day-to-day

A typical day will involve:

- Providing customer service and information about products

- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone

- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

- Helping keep the branch tidy and protected

- Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone

- Has a forklift license

- Has a clean valid driver’s licence

- Might not have experience in this space, but is willing to learn





- Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate

- Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
