Job Title: Factory Labourers (Career Pathway to Installer)
Location: Stapylton, Gold Coast QLD
Salary: $35.00 per hour (Casual to start) + Overtime Opportunities
Work Type: Casual with view to Full time
Hours: Early Morning Shift (5:00 AM starts)

With over 75 years of experience, they pride themselves on exceptional craftsmanship and a supportive team culture. Their busy Stapylton manufacturing plant is expanding, and they are looking for reliable team members to grow with them.

About the Role
They are seeking motivated Factory Labourers to join their production team on a casual basis, with a view to permanency. This isn't just a laborer job—this is a genuine career pathway. For the right candidate, this role is a stepping stone to transitioning into an Installer role down the track, where you will hit the road, work on-site, and learn a highly valuable trade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of windows, doors, and glass products

- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and factory machinery

- Quality check finished products against order specifications

- Load, unload,



and move heavy materials safely around the factory floor

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Skills and Experience

- Early Bird: Must be reliable and punctual for a 5:00 AM start

- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or construction environment (preferred)

- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand/power tools

- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 25kg)

- Current Australian Driver’s License (essential for future installer progression)

- Construction White Card (highly regarded)
