About the Role:

We're looking for caring and capable Disability Support Workers who can assist & support our participants live their lives with choice, control , independence and confidence.
This rewarding role includes a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

- Experience with personal care and manual handling

- Current manual handling certification is required





- Knowledge of seizure management

- Basic awareness level of seizure management knowledge is required

- Robust communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English to ensure clear and safe care

- A willingness to work weekends and early starts

- Experience supporting participants with complex care needs

- Certificate III and current first aid certification are required
