About the role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Lending & Operations Coordinator to support a growing finance brokerage on the Sunshine Coast. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in mortgage broking administration, loan processing or lending support, with a sound understanding of residential mortgage applications, lender requirements, loan documentation and settlement processes.

Key responsibilities

Manage client communications and coordinate documentation

Follow up with lenders and monitor outstanding approval conditions

Ensure applications progress efficiently from initial enquiry through to settlement

Work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Anticipate what needs to be done and manage multiple transactions without constant supervision

About you

Previous experience in mortgage broking administration, loan processing or lending support

Sound understanding of residential mortgage applications, lender requirements, loan documentation and settlement processes

Confident managing client communications





Solid attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Confidence using CRM and document management systems

Experience in commercial or property development finance is advantageous but not essential
