We are seeking a motivated, organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our growing glazing company.

About the Role

Working closely with our management, production and install teams, and customers, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.

- Manage emails and general office correspondence.

- Schedule measures and site visits.

- Coordinate with customers, builders, and project managers.

- Prepare quotes, invoices and purchase orders.

- Enter and maintain accurate job information.

- General administration and office support.

About You





- Previous administration experience.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

- Confident using computers, Microsoft Office and email.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Experience in the glazing, construction or building industry would be an advantage.
