Experienced Parking Officer | 3-Month Contract
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Parking Officer to join a busy Local Government organisation in Sydney on an initial 3-month contract.
Your recent role
You will be responsible for carrying out parking patrols and enforcement activities across the local area, ensuring compliance with relevant parking regulations while providing professional customer service to the community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting parking patrols and enforcing parking regulations
- Issuing infringements accurately and professionally
- Responding to parking-related complaints and enquiries
- Collecting and documenting evidence where required
- Providing clear and professional customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Parking Officer is essential
- Current Australian driver's licence is essential
- Experience using PinForce is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of parking enforcement and compliance
- Confident communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a community-facing role
What you'll get in return
