We’re now looking for an enthusiastic, professional and passionate 4WD Accessory Sales Consultant to become an important part of our team.

Your role – making the experience as good as the adventure

You’ll be one of the first people our customers meet, and a big part of why they choose to return.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcoming customers into our showroom and delivering exceptional, personalised service.

- Listening to customers’ ideas, understanding their needs and helping bring their dream 4WD builds to life.

- Providing knowledgeable recommendations on 4WD accessories, touring setups, camping equipment and vehicle upgrades.

- Working with tradies, contractors and business owners to develop practical, purpose-built work vehicle solutions.

- Responding promptly and professionally to telephone enquiries and following up with customers.

- Preparing quotes, processing sales and coordinating orders with our workshop and administration teams.

- Managing and processing customer warranty claims with professionalism, care and attention to detail.

- Maintaining a clean, organised, well-presented and inviting retail showroom.

- Building genuine customer relationships based on trust, product knowledge and exceptional service.

Above everything else, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in making customers happy and finding solutions that genuinely improve how they use their vehicles.

You’ll ideally bring:

- A genuine passion for 4WDs, camping, touring and the great Australian outdoors.





- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.

- A strong customer-service mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.

- Pride in your presentation, your work and the appearance of the store.

- Initiative, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail workplace.

- Strong organisational skills and confidence using computers and sales systems.

- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a close-knit team.

- The ability to turn customer enquiries into sales without compromising honesty or service.

Previous experience in 4WD accessories, automotive parts, retail sales, vehicle fit-outs or the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
