We are looking for a Club Manager, an Assistant Manager and several Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Trainers. These roles are perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, has a passion for fitness, and is eager to contribute to our town. The positions are flexible, with opportunities ranging from casual shifts to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Community Engagement: Be the face of Snap Fitness Portland, fostering a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.

- Membership Sales: Actively promote our gym to potential members, conduct tours, and provide personalised consultations to help them choose the best membership option.

- Operations Support: Complete day-to-day tasks, ensuring the gym runs smoothly and is a clean, safe space for everyone.

- Member Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with our members, offering guidance and encouragement to help them reach their fitness goals.

- Local Outreach:



Participate in community events and local initiatives to increase awareness of Snap and drive membership growth.

Preferred Attributes:

- A genuine passion for fitness and helping others.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales experience or a background in customer service.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays is preferred
