Casual Retail Assistant – Howard Storage World (Cambridge) Howard Storage World – Cambridge, TAS We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Howard Storage World Cambridge. We are looking for someone who is available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week. Shifts will generally be between 5–8 hours, with the prospect to pick up additional weekday shifts depending on performance and business requirements. About the Role This is a hands-on retail position where you'll help keep the store running smoothly while providing great customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting customers with their enquiries. - Replenishing stock and keeping shelves organised and presentable. - Unpacking deliveries and putting stock away. - Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised store. - Operating the register and processing customer transactions. - Working alongside the team to achieve daily store goals. About You We're looking for someone who: - Has a friendly, positive and approachable attitude.



- Enjoys interacting with customers and providing great service. - Is reliable, punctual and has a good work ethic. - Is willing to learn and can pick up new tasks quickly. - Is happy to get hands-on with restocking, deliveries and general store duties. - Can work independently as well as part of a team. - Has availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential. We're happy to consider someone who is eager to learn and brings the right attitude.
