We are looking for people with plenty of experience in licensed venues to work with our Catering Team. Collaborating with the Catering Operations Manager and Retail Manager, you will learn, perform, and excel, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor and report patron behavior within the venue precinct
- Working closely with bar supervisors, front-of-house supervisors, and security, you will attend to reported disturbances and make an intoxication assessment
- Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures and legislative requirements relating to alcohol management
- Attend pre-event briefing and complete post-event incident reports
- Interested applicants may be able to apply their talents to other roles within the Catering Department

RSA Offices are responsible for ensuring that all customers are served alcohol in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- You will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or as a Manager or Supervisor
- Sound understanding of WA liquor laws and provisions that apply to the venue.
- Excellent communication skills - clear and concise verbal communication is the key to success.
- The ability to confidently make quick decisions, regarding difficult behavior in a diplomatic manner.
- The ability to maintain composure in a busy, loud, and fast-paced environment

Successful applicant will require the following

- Approved Manager (Desirable)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (Essential)
- Food Handler Certificate (Essential)
- Current National Police Clearance
- 100-point ID Check
