Due to our growth, Ferrycarrig Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team.

The role will involve planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinates construction of civil engineering and building projects. The role also entailing managing the physical and human resources involved in the construction process.

You will be reporting directly to the company directors.

About the Role:

- Plan, organise, and manage civil projects

- Responsible for managing the team of employees and subcontractors

- Responsible for the planning, financial and budgeting aspects

- Manage and report on the program of works

- Manage and anticipate project changes,



adjusting plans and activities accordingly

- Oversee and monitor key milestones for project through regular project reviews and analysis of potential risks to ensure delivery of program objectives

- Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality prior to handover and meet legislative requirements

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align and agree program of work and anticipate changes that may impact the program of work

- Manager performance, compliance and expectations of resources and ensure knowledge transfer within the team

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a Relevant degree or a minimum of 5 years appropriate construction industry experience.

Have positive people management skills in conjunction with the motivation manage our engineering and construction projects.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
