*Trade Qualifications in Commercial Cookery *Ability to multi-task and have great time management skills *Ability to maintain high standards under pressure *Following hygiene and safety procedures *Positive attitude and willingness to learn and work efficiently *Developing and maintaining service standards in a premium restaurant environment to ensure a world-class hospitality experience *Preparing up-to-date Australian dishes using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce *Working confidently in an open kitchen in view of guests *Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment *Prepping, portioning and cooking food *Plating food with attention to detail *Immediate start for the right applicant.
