As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our team and lead day-to-day operations at Soul Origin Perth Belmont Forum.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service delivery.
• Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Recruit, train, roster, and manage store staff to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare daily and weekly reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and lead by example in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee stock ordering, wastage control,



and supplier relationships to ensure efficient store operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and workplace regulations.
• Support marketing and promotional activities as directed by head office to maximise store traffic and customer engagement. About You You are a motivated and organised professional with a passion for food service and a strong understanding of retail operations. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in leading by example. The following is required to be successful in this position:
• At least one (1) year of full-time experience in a similar role within food retail or hospitality.
• Relevant Diploma’s Australian qualification or overseas equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage staff, resolve operational challenges, and meet sales targets.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of food safety and WHS practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required. Why Join Us
