Build your own legal practice with an established firm behind you. Choose the work you take on, develop your own client relationships and retain the majority share of the fees you generate. You do not need an existing client following to apply. We recruit solicitors for self-employed opportunities within established law firms. You only need the ability to manage legal matters and the ambition to build your client base. The role You will practise within your area of expertise, supported by a firm’s infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising clients and managing their matters.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Developing new business and referral relationships.
• Agreeing fees and managing your workload with clients.
• Meeting the firm’s professional and compliance requirements. What the opportunity offers

Who we would like to hear from Solicitors who can confidently manage matters within their practice area, care about client service and want greater control over their working lives. You may be considering self-employment for the first time or looking for a different firm to support your existing consultant practice. An existing client following is welcome but is not essential. How earnings work This is a self-employed, fee-sharing role. Your earnings depend on the fees collected from your work and your agreement with the firm. There is no fixed salary.
