Senior Consultant – Technlogy Transformation Delivery – Financial Services The opportunity Are you passionate about delivering high-impact transformation programs that drive real change for financial services organisations? Join EY’s Financial Services Consulting team, where you will play a hands-on role in delivering complex technology and business transformation and creating exceptional value for our clients. At EY, we partner with a diverse range of Banking, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management organisations to navigate complex change across technology and operations. Working with local and global cross-functional teams and clients, you’ll support the delivery of transformation programs that unlock value, manage risk and enable innovation. Based in Warrang – Sydney and Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. Your

key responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled transformation projects and programs, partnering with clients to implement change across systems, processes and operating models.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues to support successful delivery against agreed outcomes, timelines and scope.
• Contribute to program governance, status reporting, stakeholder communications, risk management and quality assurance.
• Work across business and technology teams to understand requirements, translate business needs into actionable deliverables and support effective implementation.
• Apply delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid approaches to meet the needs of transformation projects and programs of varying scale and complexity.



Skills and attributes for success To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience supporting the delivery of technology transformation projects or programs, preferably within a financial services environment. Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below, but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in business analysis, project delivery, project management or program support, ideally within consulting and/or financial services.
• Experience working across technology-enabled transformation projects involving changes to systems, processes, operating models or ways of working.
• An understanding of project and program delivery disciplines, including planning, governance, risk and issue management and stakeholder reporting.
• Solid collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex transformation environments.
