About the Role

- Preparing and cooking high quality meals
- Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials
- Maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Managing kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Supporting and working closely with the kitchen team

- Previous chef or commercial kitchen experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work weekends and evenings
