Summary:

The RTO Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Sunshine North, Victoria. This position is essential for maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the quality of education and training services provided. The successful candidate will work closely with staff and stakeholders to support the delivery of training programs and ensure a positive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the administration of training programs and ensure compliance with RTO standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training schedules and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrolments, progress, and outcomes.
- Support trainers and assessors in the delivery of training and assessment activities.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to all relevant VET legislation and compliance frameworks.




- Facilitate communication between students, trainers, and management to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of training processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an RTO environment, specifically in a coordination or administrative support role.
- Robust organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using training management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and quality assurance processes in the education sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2015 and the Australian Qualifications Framework.
