Female Support Worker Required – Pascoe Vale South

We are seeking a female support worker to assist a female participant with household and domestic tasks and also assisting client with her medical appointments every week in Pascoe Vale South.

Ample Care Support is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider , delivering services for people with disabilities.

What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker with Diverse Universe Care Support, your role will include:

- Community access and social support
- Community participation, Household and domestic assistance (cleaning, general upkeep, etc.)
- Skill development and capacity building
- Recreational activities and community participation
- Documenting progress and completing daily shift notes
- Maintaining clean and safe environments
- Upholding professional boundaries and ethical conduct

Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's License is mandatory
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (completed)
- Flu Records ( If Required)
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Other relevant certificate
