The Role
As a Junior Team Member at our Rockhampton venue, you’ll be part of the crew that keeps our restaurant running smoothly, from the lunch rush to the evening buzz. It’s a fast-paced, friendly environment and a great first step into hospitality.

What you'll do

- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service

- Take orders accurately and process payments

- Prepare and assemble food to Burger Urge standards

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant

- Support kitchen and front-of-house operations during busy periods





- Work closely with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

- Take part in ongoing training and development

Availability
We’re seeking team members who can work any of the following:

- Day shifts: weekday lunch and daytime shifts

- Evening shifts, subject to age and award requirements

- Weekends as required

- Flexibility around school hours where applicable

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid Australian working rights

- Ability to provide proof of identity and work eligibility documentation

- Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Parent or guardian consent for applicants under 18, where required
