Kitchen Hands (2 Positions) – Immediate Start | Bottega Restaurant (Melbourne CBD)

Bottega Restaurant is looking for two reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our kitchen team, with an immediate start available.

Located on Bourke Street in Melbourne’s CBD, Bottega is an established and well-regarded restaurant with a busy, friendly kitchen.

We have regular shifts available across lunch and dinner services, offering approximately 15–25 hours per week.

The role

Your duties will include:

- General kitchen hand duties
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen
- Assisting with basic food preparation
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy services




- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

About you

- Previous kitchen hand experience is preferred but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- A team player who takes pride in doing a good job
- Available to work multiple shifts each week, ideally with some flexibility across weekdays and weekends
